    Career History:
    Chris Laubscher graduated from the University of Stellenbosch University with a B Comm. (Management Accounting) degree.
    He launched his career as Account Manager at I-Net Bridge, a financial data supplier, where he gained valuable experience in this client-facing role working with many companies in the investment industry.

    After completing a course in Business Management through the Louis Group, he spent some time abroad travelling through Europe.

    In 2008 Chris went to work with the Louis Group as Financial Manager for their Komsberg Farming Enterprise, further developing his financial and accounting experience. Chris was very active in dealing with financial institutions and creditors, both in restructuring finance and in a relationship-management role.

    During this time, Chris successfully completed a Diploma in Business Analysis at FTI.

    In December 2011, Chris brought his skills and experience to AL&A as Financial Manager. Apart from all financial matters, his focus has been on internal systems, specifically on the implementation of ISO9001. He has also been involved on the Project Management side focusing on various AL&A projects.

    Chris was appointed in the role of Director in July 2014. He manages the AL&A internal operations including Finance, HR, Quality Assurance and heads up Business Development with Director, Deon van Zyl. Chris sucessfully registered as a Professional Accountant (SA) in January 2014.
